Emily & Nicole here. We are cousins who run StayInTulsaOK with kids in tow; we love running and managing 30 local Tulsa properties. Emily is a native of Tulsa and is very connected to the Tulsa community with interests in design, real estate, and cooking. Nicole is from San Diego and has moved to Tulsa and is enjoying everything Tulsa has to offer her family. We are excited to welcome you to our properties and hope you make yourself comfortable here.
A Little About Emily
Emily’s background includes studying international business, Spanish and Italian in various markets, such as Chicago, Washington DC, and abroad. She is a seasoned sales and marketing professional with vast experience in digital advertising and negotiation with Fortune 500 companies from her time working for companies like Yahoo! and Monster Worldwide. After returning to Tulsa, she found a passion for investing in real estate for short and long-term rentals and obtained her Real Estate License. She knows how Tulsa compares nationally and is excited to share her hometown with you.
A Little About Nicole
Nicole is a seasoned hospitality expert passionate about flipping/organizing, and decorating beautiful homes. After spending 15 years in hospitality as a restaurant manager and resort activities director, she found her passion lay in flipping and organizing homes and being home with her three sons. Now that they are older, she is very excited to join her cousin at ERB Properties to offer her experience in hospitality and home organization to the short-term rental industry.
