The Florence Park neighborhood was founded in 1927 & runs from Harvard Avenue on the east, to the Broken Arrow Expressway on the south & west, and stops at 15th on the north. Known for its brick cottage bungalows & revival styles, there are also newer constructions that maintain that historic charm. The newer constructions maintain classic lines & fit perfectly in this wonderful vintage area. Many of the homes in the area have basements great for bonus rooms & some even feature a charming detached garage.

Florence Park is also near Tulsa’s Medical District with St. Johns Medical Center, OSU Medical Center, & Hillcrest Hospital nearby. Ideal for those in the pharmaceutical, home health & medical fields, the commute is short with plenty of coffee options along the way.
This family-friendly neighborhood has two parks with tennis courts, picnic tables & playgrounds & it just blocks from Safari Joe’s H2O, Tulsa’s only water park. With downtown just minutes away, there are plenty of green spaces to enjoy including the award-winning Gathering Place park & Guthrie Green, an outdoor entertainment hub in the heart of downtown.
When it comes to schools, you have a variety of public & private school options for your family. Nearby are Lanier & Thomas Edison Elementary & Preparatory Schools. Private school options include Cascia Hall Preparatory School, Monte Cassino School & Undercroft Montessori Schools.
Florence Park also has easy access to a number of fresh & gourmet grocery stores including Trader Joes, Whole Foods & Sprouts plus local favorites Reasors & Natural Market. There are local farmer’s markets year-round. There are also a variety of food delivery services available to fit any schedule.
