The best thing about Lortondale (aside from its homes and people) is its proximity to the Rose District in downtown Broken Arrow. Located only about five minutes away from downtown Broken Arrow, guests can enjoy the thriving arts, culinary, and shopping community that makes Rose District one of Tulsa’s most popular areas. (It’s always 5 o’clock somewhere, but if you feel unsure about sipping wine in the early morning hours, mimosas and Bloody Mary’s are perfectly acceptable substitutions.)
